Written under my pen name Thomas Roland, my short story 'A Mountain Pass' was published in 2019 in a collection of speculative fiction amongst other Australian authors.

 

The story explored a war ravaged land and how we perceive those that have been brought up as the villains of our narratives, taking the perspective of a family crossing a mountain pass in search of refuge.
